Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Job – Los Angeles, CA
Speech Improvement Center’s Los Angeles clinic is adding a Speech Language Pathologist to our pediatric team. In this role, you’ll own the full therapy process for your clients, from assessment and diagnosis to treatment planning and hands-on therapy.
Key Duties
- Assessment and diagnosis of speech and language disorders
- Development of individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Direct therapy targeting articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and communication skills
- Ongoing progress review and adjustment of treatment strategies
- Close coordination with other SLPs, including regular progress meetings
- Accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, with timely reports that meet professional and ethical standards
- Supervision of students and Clinical Fellows as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech Pathology
- Speech-Language Pathologist license and/or RPE license
- ASHA certification preferred
