Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Job – Los Angeles, CA
Speech Improvement Center’s Los Angeles clinic is welcoming a new Clinical Fellow. If you’re a recent graduate who is kind, motivated, and eager to learn, you’ll build real clinical skills with pediatric clients while experienced SLPs support you one-on-one.
Key Duties
- Speech therapy screenings and evaluations
- Eligibility evaluations to determine whether children qualify for services
- One-on-one therapy sessions, plus consulting with family members
- Researching fun games and activities parents can do at home
- SOAP notes and professional evaluation writing
- Weekly meetings to review new cases and current progress
- Ongoing speech screenings
Qualifications
- RPE license
- Master’s in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Interest in private practice
- Team player
- Seeking a long-term career
