Clinical Fellow (CF) Opening in Downey, CA
Ready to launch your career as a speech-language pathologist? Our Downey clinic is hiring a Clinical Fellow (CFY) who is kind, motivated, and excited to learn. You’ll work with children and families from day one, backed by one-on-one mentorship from experienced SLPs and a fun, supportive team.
What You’ll Do
- Complete speech screenings and evaluations
- Evaluate children to determine if they qualify for services
- Deliver one-on-one therapy and guide family members through each session
- Find fun games and activities parents can do at home to practice therapy
- Write SOAP notes and professional evaluation reports
- Join weekly meetings to review new cases and track current progress
- Carry out ongoing speech screenings
What You’ll Need
- An RPE license
- A Master’s in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- A desire to work in private practice
- A team-player attitude
- Interest in a long-term career with us
