Pediatric SLP Position in West Covina, CA
Bring your clinical expertise to Speech Improvement Center’s West Covina clinic. We’re hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat children with speech and language disorders and help them build the communication skills they need to thrive.
Your Responsibilities
- Diagnose speech and language disorders through comprehensive assessments
- Plan individualized treatment that targets each child’s communication goals and challenges
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to strengthen articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and communication
- Evaluate progress on an ongoing basis and adapt treatment strategies
- Collaborate with other SLPs for coordinated care and share insights in progress meetings
- Keep accurate client records and complete reports on schedule, following professional and ethical guidelines
- Supervise students and Clinical Fellows as needed
Required Credentials
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech Pathology
- SLP license and/or RPE license
- ASHA certification is preferred
