SLP Job in Ontario, CA: Our Clinic Is Growing
Our Ontario clinic is growing, and we’re looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about helping children communicate. You’ll evaluate, plan, and treat a pediatric caseload while working alongside a collaborative team of SLPs.
How You’ll Help
- Identify speech and language disorders through thorough assessments and diagnoses
- Write personalized treatment plans built around each child’s goals and challenges
- Lead evidence-based therapy that improves articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and communication
- Check progress often and adjust treatment strategies to individual needs
- Collaborate with fellow SLPs and share insights in client progress meetings
- Document assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes, and deliver timely reports in line with professional and ethical standards
- Supervise students and Clinical Fellows as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech Pathology
- A Speech-Language Pathologist license and/or RPE license
- ASHA certification preferred
