Looking for a supportive clinical team where your expertise makes a real difference for kids? Speech Improvement Center is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for our Norwalk location.
About the Role
As an SLP in Norwalk, you’ll provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to children, leading their evaluations, building their treatment plans, and helping them grow as communicators.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth assessments and diagnoses of speech and language disorders
- Create personalized treatment plans and apply evidence-based therapy techniques
- Provide therapy that strengthens articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and communication
- Reevaluate progress regularly and adjust treatment as needed
- Coordinate with other SLPs and participate in progress meetings
- Maintain detailed client records and produce timely reports that follow professional and ethical guidelines
- Supervise students and Clinical Fellows if needed
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech Pathology
- SLP license and/or RPE license
- ASHA certification preferred
