Speech Language Pathologist Job in Santa Clarita, CA
Speech Improvement Center’s Santa Clarita clinic is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who’s excited to work with kids and be part of a collaborative, supportive team. You’ll guide each child’s therapy from evaluation through progress, helping them communicate more effectively.
What the Job Involves
- Completing detailed assessments and diagnoses of speech and language disorders
- Designing personalized treatment plans and applying evidence-based therapy techniques
- Providing therapy that targets articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and communication skills
- Monitoring each client’s progress and refining treatment strategies
- Working closely with other SLPs and joining regular progress meetings
- Documenting assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes, and preparing timely reports according to professional and ethical guidelines
- Supervising students and Clinical Fellows if needed
What You Need
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech Pathology
- Speech-Language Pathologist license and/or RPE license
- ASHA certification preferred
