SLP Opportunity at Our San Bernardino, CA Clinic
We’re hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Speech Improvement Center in San Bernardino. You’ll provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to children and help them make meaningful, lasting progress.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech Pathology
- Speech-Language Pathologist license and/or RPE license
- ASHA certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders
- Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for each child
- Provide therapy that builds articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and communication skills
- Adjust treatment strategies based on ongoing progress and individual needs
- Coordinate with other SLPs and participate in client progress meetings
- Maintain accurate, detailed records and complete reports on time according to professional and ethical standards
- Supervise students and Clinical Fellows when needed
