Clinical Fellowship Year Job in Santa Clarita, CA
Speech Improvement Center’s Santa Clarita clinic is looking for a Clinical Fellow who’s excited to work with kids and be part of a collaborative, welcoming team. As a recent graduate, you’ll build hands-on experience and get one-on-one support from experienced SLPs throughout your CF year.
What the Job Involves
- Conducting speech therapy screenings and evaluations
- Evaluating patients to see whether they qualify for services
- Providing one-on-one therapy and consulting family members on sessions
- Researching fun games and activities parents can use for home practice
- Writing SOAP notes and professional evaluations
- Joining weekly meetings to review new cases and current progress
- Completing ongoing speech screenings
What You Need
- RPE license
- Master’s in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Interest in working in private practice
- Team player
- Looking for a long-term career
