Now Hiring: School Speech Therapist in Sacramento, CA
Speech Improvement Center is seeking a dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for Sacramento-area schools. If you want to help students overcome communication and language challenges and thrive in the classroom, we’d love to hear from you.
In This Position, You Will:
- Identify speech and language disorders through comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Build individualized treatment plans and put them into practice
- Attend IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team meetings to help shape each student’s plan
- Work alongside teachers, parents, and support staff to align therapy with classroom goals
- Monitor and record each student’s progress
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and communication
- Write clear progress reports for families, teachers, and administrators
To Be Considered, You Should Have:
- A Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech Pathology
- A Speech-Language Pathologist license and/or RPE license
- ASHA certification (preferred)
