SLPA Job in Ontario, CA: Our Clinic Is Growing
Our Ontario clinic is growing, and we’re looking for a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) who is passionate about helping children communicate. Working under a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll provide pediatric therapy and be part of a collaborative clinical team.
How You’ll Help
- Lead therapy sessions that address each child’s speech and language goals
- Follow individualized treatment plans developed by the SLP
- Assist with speech screenings for new clients
- Administer and score standardized tests under SLP guidance
- Keep client files accurate and up to date as directed by your supervising SLP
- Work closely with other SLPs and SLPAs and contribute in regular team meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field
- A valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on a team and independently under a licensed SLP’s direction
