Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pacoima, CA
Speech Improvement Center is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for our Pacoima clinic. If you enjoy working with children and want to play a key role in their communication development, this position is for you.
In This Position, You Will:
- Perform thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders
- Develop personalized treatment plans that address each child’s specific goals
- Conduct therapy with evidence-based techniques to improve articulation, fluency, language comprehension, and communication skills
- Regularly reassess clients and adjust treatment strategies as they progress
- Work closely with our team of SLPs and attend client progress meetings
- Keep detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, and complete reports promptly according to professional and ethical guidelines
- Supervise students and Clinical Fellows if needed
To Be Considered, You Should Have:
- A Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech Pathology
- An SLP license and/or RPE license
- ASHA certification (preferred)
