Early Intervention SLPA Job in Santa Clarita, CA
Speech Improvement Center’s Santa Clarita team is looking for an Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) who’s excited to work with young children and their families. You’ll provide therapy in clients’ homes across the Santa Clarita Valley, with direction and support from our licensed Speech-Language Pathologists.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with children in their homes to build speech and language skills
- Follow individualized treatment plans set by the supervising SLP
- Assist with speech screenings alongside our SLPs
- Administer and score standardized tests with SLP guidance
- Keep clear, current records of each child’s progress and any plan updates
- Attend team meetings and collaborate with fellow SLPs and SLPAs
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on your own in the field and as part of a team under a licensed SLP
